  • Independent Assessment

P.E./P.Eng. Review and Certification

  • Professional Engineering Review

    Our licensed Professional Engineers conduct a documented technical review of the engineering work within the agreed scope. The review is performed with the level of care and professional judgment required by the applicable engineering regulator and jurisdiction. Professional certification indicates that the reviewing engineer has taken professional responsibility for the documents within the defined scope of review. It does not replace fabrication quality control, inspection, testing, installation verification, or approval by the authority having jurisdiction unless these activities are expressly included in the scope.

  • Signed and Sealed Engineering Documents

    Where certification is required and the responsible engineer is authorized to practise in the project jurisdiction, MECS Engineering may provide signed and sealed calculations, reports, drawings, specifications, or design letters. Certification is provided only after the required technical information has been reviewed, all material comments have been resolved, and the engineer is satisfied that the documents meet the applicable professional and technical requirements. Electronic or physical seals can be provided in accordance with the requirements of the relevant engineering regulator and client documentation procedures.

  • Support for Regulatory and Client Approvals

    Professionally reviewed and certified documents can support regulatory submissions, owner approvals, vendor-document reviews, procurement requirements, permitting processes, and internal quality-assurance programs.
